Membership in the Temple is free and begins with this application. It takes about five minutes, and every application is read by a person.

Welcome conversation
We reply within 3 days to set up about 30 minutes with a facilitator. Questions go both ways.

Private screening
After your conversation, a short health screening. Your answers are sealed so only the Temple can read them.

Your place
We confirm your place in a cohort, with a suggested donation or a grant, and the participant waiver.
What this form keeps
- Your name, email and phone, so we can reply.
- Where you live, what calls you, and which cohort you hope to join.
- Whether you would like a grant, and your agreement to our beliefs and ethics.
What it does not
- Anything about your health. That comes later, in a sealed screening, never in this form.
- Payment details. Nothing is asked for until your place is confirmed.
- Anything for advertising or analytics. This site has none, and nothing is sold or shared.
